These terms (the "SmallTalk.fm Terms") are a legal agreement between you and SmallTalk.fm, Inc ("Us" or "We") and govern access to the SmallTalk.fm application, associated content, communications, and software.

References in these terms to "Services" means the App, the Content and/or the SmallTalk.fm Software.

INFORMATION ABOUT US

We are SmallTalk.fm, a Pastime app purveyed by Proto Venture Technology, Inc.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

When you download the App from the relevant app store, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand and accept the SmallTalk.fm Terms.

If you do not agree to the SmallTalk.fm Terms, you must stop using the Services and uninstall the SmallTalk.fm Software from your devices.

YOUR DEVICES

You must ensure you have all necessary rights to access the Services from, and/or download to, or use the SmallTalk.fm Software on, the devices you use.

IN-APP PURCHASES

You may download the App free of charge. Some Content may be available only to subscribers or through in-app purchase.

Billing and transactions are handled by the relevant App Store provider.

VOUCHERS

The use of a voucher code or promotion code may be subject to other terms.
