🐣🥫 The Good Eggs in the Community | Chapter 4, Part 1: Helping the Hungry

Spring has arrived in Albumen, and the Good Eggs are excited for baseball season! ⚾💛 Benedict even convinces Coach Flo to let his friend Sonny join the team.

But there's another important adventure ahead! Ms. Poach introduces the Eggs to their next community service site, the Albumen Breakfast Stop, an organization that provides meals to families experiencing hunger.

The Eggs are surprised to discover that some families in their own hometown struggle to put food on the table. And when Benedict seems reluctant to volunteer, his friends wonder why.

During a visit to the Breakfast Stop, Mr. Crackle shares a video about the organization's important work. To everyone's surprise, Benedict and his family appear in the video! The Eggs discover that Benedict's family once relied on the Breakfast Stop during difficult times.

As Coach Flo and Seggourney share their own families' experiences, Benedict begins to understand that needing help is nothing to be ashamed of.

🥚 A touching children's story about empathy, compassion, food insecurity, and the importance of treating everyone with kindness and understanding.
